So this game is on despite the terrible weather conditions up there this afternoon!
Briscoe and Campion come in up front with Verma in midfield! First game in a fortnight....

Possibly, the game hasn't gone in the direction we were looking for. Smith with a red card will miss the next game unfortunately....

A very disappointing result for Kev and the lads. I reckon we'll need a few of Register's jokes to cheer us up. A comfortable mid table position before Christmas now looks less likely, so I think we'll have to be content with Kev gradually pulling us clear of trouble over the course of the season.
If the worst happens and we're still in the bottom four too far into 2016, there's always the quick fix solution of getting Cap'n Manse on loan; he must be getting bored with sitting on the Rovers subs bench, but until then giving King Kev and the team our whole-hearted support is the best way to proceed. |

There's always the quick fix solution of getting Cap'n Manse on loan. Too many demands. He'd undermine the manager, demand more wages the next season and leave for our nearest conference south rivals this time when his outrageous demands weren't met. Probably. |

What the blooming 'eck was the Fans Favourite Smith doing - what a plank. I don't think I've seen anything bad written about him and the red card - now if it was Briscoe, gawd blimey me old sparra.

That is as bad defending as I have ever seen. It would be funny if it were not my team showing themselves up. |

I hadn't realised that Barrow had a perfectly good goal disallowed as well. I do wonder how their striker can kiss the ref and then push him away. Exuberance after scoring is one thing but I thought any hands on the ref was a straight red.
As BG says, just terrible defending. If Khan had missed the ball he scored their second from, their No 10 was stood 10 yards to the left of him, without a yellow shirt in sight. Kev's got work to do there.

And Speiss to start on Saturday against Lincoln? Looks like defending from the pre-Nicholson days. |
