I see that according to the BBC website that Martin Ling has been appointed manager at Swindon Town.
It will be interesting to see how he gets on.

Somebody on the so called kiddies site predicted this about 3/4 days ago...should have had a few quid on it!

Good luck to Ling, really hope he does well and has the support he needs. He was great when he was here and things have certainly gone downhill since he left. Good luck Martin.

I hope Ling does well and if he does then maybe with hindsight shows that the wrong call was made to dispence with his services here.
Problem was that we had been spoilt with a couple of good seasons and mid table in league 2 was seen as poor despite losing some top players and of course things went downhill fast in his absence.....
