Does anyone remember the early 90s (maybe even late 80s) telephone information service that sprung up around this time for football clubs? There would be recorded interviews etc, probably on some sort of premium line. I used to know the number for ours by heart.

Yes i remember the large advertising board attached to the bottom of the floodlight pylon throughout the nineties. The last time i can find the service mentioned is on this card from 1999...

Calls charged at 60p per minute. Goodness.
I remember using the work phone (in the early 90s) when I lived in London to catch up with some news but not sure what the per minute cost was then!!
