Berry gone, Cruise injured, Young suspended Bowman just back from the specialist for heart palpitations and Hemel look good on set pieces - Doh!!
My guess the starting line up will look a bit like this.
Gawd help us it must be extremely frustrating for CH.

Actually, not a bad line up at all Pete. McQuilkin should get a first start in midfield unless goes to right back with Richards back in with Harding but unlikely. Also, Ajala or Briscoe in the hole?

In the context of our season, this becomes a big game for us. Not great team news with young suspended, cruise injured and berry having left. The right back slot is a concern with even the much maligned and overpaid Tonge on the sick list. Personally I put MacDonald to rb (if fully fit) and certainly start with Briscoe up front. Maybe Mcquilkin in for young?
I echo Chelstongull's sentiments, well done Cambridge for last nights efforts. I kept thinking to myself if it will ever be Torquay's turn for such a run/draw in the fa cup...hard to imagine right now but I guess Cambridge fans would have felt the same way 10 years ago too.

Now 10 -0 in this competition, have an extra player to boot, worryingly under a fair bit of pressure but gaps should start to open up in the next half. Quite nice for us to have the extra man today. Not too much on in the conference today due to six postponements!! |
