Aldershot also lost at home to Burgess hill Town - never heard of them! Burgess Hill are apparently unbeaten in the league: fifteen wins and five draws. That suggests there may be money. In a my own peculiar way I'd happily settle for an away tie at somewhere I've never been. Oddly that rules out clubs from the northern half of the country. The next round is national remember. That leaves me with Burgess Hill, Gosport, Braintree (not yet anyway), Concord, Didcot, Hemel Hempstead, and Wealdstone. Not that I'm being selfish. I'm pretty sure we once signed a player from Burgess Hill Town. I might be wrong but I'm sure Jason Cooke, in the mid-90s - big hulk of a centre-forward but just as useless - came from someone like that!

I think Jason Cooke came from somewhere in the West Midlands, maybe Bilston Town. He's possibly more Brierley Hill (in the Black Country) than Burgess Hill nicely tucked in the middle of Sussex. More of a Jake Robinson or Chris McPhee type of place you would have thought. You can miss it in a blink of the eye between London and Brighton.

I'm not sure I realised where Burgess Hill Town was.Maybe Brierley Hill then - I'm sure it was a fairly unusual team name.
