Merse due to the fact that on the T.T.F forum we like all information to be factual and correct, I need to point out that you did not supply the full facts in a recent post you made.
While you stated S.G (sausage gezza) did not attend the match on Tuesday night, you failed to give the real reason. I have been given some information from a reliable source and will share it with you.
It seems SG was unwell as he had caught a very unknown virus. The full medical name for the virus is turnanenemyintoafrienditus.
I have done some research oh the illness and have found out some really interesting facts.
The illness is not thought to be life threatening and has been known to cause some very strange symptoms. It is usually goes to work on the brain first, during the attract on the brain, all information stored becomes reversed, so an enemy becomes a friend and I found an interesting story from the first world war.
Stuck in a trench up to his head in shit a soldier got struck down by this illness. He jumped up from the trench and ran toward the enemy, he got to get right in front of one of them and began hugging him, the enemy was so taken aback he sat down with the soldier and started sharing secret information.
Some sufferers have been known to start to believe they were a prophet and have been known to find any soapbox nearby to try and preach to the masses, sadly not always giving out the correct message.
The good news is SG was concerned that if he went to the match, other gulls fans might catch his illness, he feared that if to many others caught the illness, it could harm the club he loves. So I say well done SG for putting all your fellow gulls first, before yourself.
