link - Forest Green did manage to beat Sherborne Town 2-0 at home so stay top, but having played three games more, both the title and promotion looks like it will come down to being between Torquay United and Bristol Rovers. Their match up in just a fortnight could well be a title decider. A draw would strongly favour us though.

link - I spent the weekend away in Wales so unable to see this but understand it took a late penalty for us to rescue a point. Next week is a big big game away at Bristol Rovers. Elsewhere Sherborne lost again and are out of the promotion race now. Bristol Rovers laboured to an 2-1 away win against bottom of the table Wootton Bassett, a side we beat 4-0 away only a couple of weeks ago. Rovers are above us by the narrowest of margins, their goal difference is one better. Forest Green had a good win at home and remain top, three points ahead of ourselves but having played three games more and with a Worse goal difference.

As it is Forest Green remain top by two points, but have played two games more. They travel down to us next week in another huge game. Bristol Rovers are above us with a superior goal difference of one having played a game more. Promotion is still very much in our hands!

Think that in the 6 games she has started for us, Pengelly has scored in every one! |

link - after a gruelling match against Bristol Rovers last Saturday, where the team picked up a number of injuries, it doesn’t get any easier with top of the table Forest Green Rovers coming down to play at our reserve venue at Liverton FC. Bristol Rovers have a tricky tie away at Bishops Lydeard so a win could well see us go top. We won 2-1 away at Forest Green early in the season so a chance for another double. COYY!
