What game that you have seem this season, would you rate as the best game you have been to so far? Was it a game where we out played our opposition, scored the best goals, or made a great come back in the game.

I have only seen the home games so far, so only have half the story to tell with some exceptional away performances.
For me, the Stevenage game was one of the best performances so far and probably left the ground happiest after this game.
For enjoyability, thought the Chipstead games was up there, with goals, celebrations, tension and the clapping off the pitch of the opposition team.

Forest Green away for the drama (mind you, there are a few away games I've not seen this season which have also featured 90th minute winners!).

The best two games I've seen this season have had to have been:
Torquay 3 - 0 Stevenage - Totally played off the park. Excellent.
and
Rushden 1 - 3 Torquay - I wasn't expecting anything from the game, and would have taken a draw, so to go 0-2 up in 16 minutes was amazing.

The best game for entertainment and a slick performance that I have been to was probably the Stevenage game.
The games that I came away afterwards feeling that the team had excelled themselves in adverse difficult circumstances were the FGR games (due to the injuries to Poke and Todd and Sills in goal), the Oxford game yesterday (due to the stupidity of Dsane) and also in retrospect, the Lewes game - the players had the devestating news before the game but they went-out and gave the most professional performance.

Oddly it was after one of the least memorable games - the one against Mansfield - when I came away from the ground really believing in this team and what they can achieve this season. Sometimes it's the more (seemingly) routine performances that offer the most clues.

I've only made three games this season: the away trips to Rushden, Ebbsfleet and Woking. All three were particularly good in their own way.
The Ebbsfleet game will be remembered for the wonderful team goal that put us two up. Nicho's ball, Sills' hold-up play, Thompson's deft touch and Carlisle's cool, collected finish. Absolute magic.
The first half of the Woking game is rather forgettable. But the way we played after the break and the team spirit on display made it worth every minute of the 20 it took me to get there!
The one that stands out though is the Battle of the Title Pretenders at Nene Park. As Nick says, this game was one where we really would have been happy with a point. But to go there and play them off the park in the glorious sunshine was exceptional. I really feel that a different performance that day - and ultimately a defeat - would have seen us in the position that Rushden currently find themselves in.
Another local trip to Eastbourne next for me; hopefully it will add more memories to this outstanding run of form.
