Well he's done it this time only gone and beat Premiership side Norwich and Rendell scores the winner to boot. Great achievement and his popularity must be at an all time high in the Luton area. Always thought it was the right club at the right time for him they have the ambition and the fan base to move on and progress. Well don PB. You see Rovers supporters were wrong all along and should have been more patient.

Got to give Luton credit where it's due. Fair play to them.

You have to take your hat off to Paul Buckle as once again he is showing the football world that he a good manager and one who I’m sure one day will manage at a much higher level. He is hungry for success and I happen to believe that Bristol Rovers would not be where they are now in the table, if they had stuck with him and given him a fair chance to turn their results around.
I have said it before, but I think that is what is missing up at Plainmoor right now, a hungry young manager who wants to make a name for himself. I bet there are some fans who wish he never left us and one does wonder if we would now be heading the wrong way down the table, if he was still here.

I may be well far of the mark but the current impression I get is that Lingy is content to tow the club line which continues to fuel the idea that he isn't an ambitious manager. If PB had been left in the position, the one Lingy is in right now where he apparently hasn't got a penny to spend and keeps on telling us hoping we will go away, is getting rather tiresome. Its not great PR, in fact its dreadful PR. Why doesn't he come out with a more positive line to encourage the fans is a mystery, all he will succeed in doing is alienate more fans as we continue our slide down the table. If we are going to slide lets at least hear a battle cry!

I'm really pleased for Luton. I'm really pleased for Buckle, Lawless, Rendell and especially Rowe-Turner, who was kicked out of here after doing little wrong and replaced with someone who has barely appeared this season
Goes without saying but I hope they beat Millwall too in the EDL/BNP Derby

A lot can change in a week, eh? Last Saturday: Norwich 0 Luton 1. Today: Barrow 1 Luton 0
How daft is that? Obviously a side that is good enough to beat Wolves and Norwich should be able to slaughter Barrow but maybe some Luton players didn't fancy it today in the cold at Holker Street. I expect Barrow got stuck into them and made it an unpleasant day, which the Hatters should be used to by now since this is their fourth year in the Conference.
I am going to stick my neck out here and predict that Luton are not going to win the FA Cup, In that case they had better win promotion, because if they don't do so Paul Buckle will just be regarded as yet another failed manager and will be given the boot at the end of the season.

Don't understand the use of the word "turmoil". I'm sure he'll have opportunities to work in the US. They love their British managers in MLS and NASL - would be ironic (in the American sense) if he was to end up at my MLS team Philadelphia Union (not looking for a manager at the moment but another poor season may change that)
