Shame the b*stards at Spotlight couldn't be arse to put it in there lunchtime news. I mean the conference was called for 11:00 and they counldn't fit it in to the programme 2 1/2 hours later. If it was one of there players it would have been the top story. But it's OK because Argyle have a new art collection on show now W*NKERS

Desperate, desperate news for any young person to receive; but Toddy is not just any young person as we all know and can pay tribute to. We Have all seen his fighting qualities, one hundred per cent commitment and never give up qualities. He's going to need them now more than ever and more importantly for himself, his partner and his little girl and not us. Go to it Toddy, fight fight and fight some more, and when you DO make your come back you'll be OUR "Lance Armstrong"....................anyway, you've got a head start. You've already got a yellow jersey!

It is hard to put into words how we are feeling at this tragic news.
We know Chris is a fighter and we wish him all the best and hope for a speedy recovery.
It puts everything else to do with football into perspective but we can win this title and dedicate it all to our number 6.

It's come as a huge shock to me! Just getting back from school, and seeing it on Teletext was a huge shock.
My best wishes go out to Chris and his family. You can get through this!

All of a sudden the new club record and top of the league position pales into insignificance. The news hit me like a tonne of bricks. I can't imagine how it has hit Toddy, his family and friends. Best of luck Toddy.

Really tough news Chris, we'll be cheering you on as we cheer for promotion. The squad was built around you and the others from last season and I don't doubt that they'll all be playing with you in mind.
It's clear to all you're a fighter so keep your spirits up and we'll see you in the heart of defence in no time. In the meantime you've got a couple of thousand friends sitting alongside you at Plainmoor.
