CG, don't be such a prat. The awful news about Todd has nothing to do with this thread.

I was talking more about your usual lousy timing Dave and the fact that I rarely look at the thread titles before posting because I am viewing in 'Last 100' mode. But I am not getting dragged into a name calling scrum on such a sad day for Chris Todd and TUFC. The Prat

So it is essential to keep the pressure on Buckle as fans. Demand that he gets us out. Trite nonsense. I'll be at Woking on Saturday. Catchy as the mantra is, I can't see me joining in a chant of "We're watching you like a hawk, we demand you take us up", though. Careful you don't become a caricature of yourself, dave-s.

Feed the Sills Feed the Sills Feed the Sills and we really intelligent fans will put him under intense pressure to score in order that we can win the match and escape this pub league, but our efforts may be undermined by idiots who just go along to clap and cheer, thereby condoning the practice of not converting every scoring opportunity – they will be crying into their beer when we fail to go up but it will all be their fault. ;D Much as it seems to capture the essence - No. "Feed the Sills, Feed the Sills, Feed the Sills, If he don't score, He'll feel pressure from david shaw" is much more up my street, Jon.

Love the song Jon and your post before that, I also love Rob's new line, still I fail to undersatand where Dave Shaw is really coming from. Every season two teams go up from the BSP, many who have gone up have done so with very low gates, much lower than we have had at Plainmoor this season.
I do agree Dave that by staying in the BSP for another season, will see a further drop in gates next season, but I do not believe it would mean, we will be trapped in this league for life. We would have to reduce out goings etc, that would be way of players wages, we could do that by just having a smaller squad.
Having 22 players is fine, but even this season, we have not used them all and the way its looking, some players may never get a first team start this season. No one is just happy clapping for the sake of it, why can't you see that the team and Bucks are doing well and that as fans, we should be showing how pleased we are.
I can understand negative posts when we are playing poorly and not getting results, but that is not the case at this time, why can't fans just be happy and pleased our season is now looking so much better. If life Dave you learn to enjoy the good times while they are here, that helps to cushion the bad ones when they happen.
