Banks are a symptom of capitalism. Read what I wrote earlier: You're sounding more unhinged with every post though, Dave ;D It's almost as funny as when you post about Argyle....did you know Lloyds TSB and Argyle are rumoured to be in sponsorship talks? The cornish and a bank.......how ironic that a bunch of thieves would twin with another bunch of thieves. I'm not sure that they are tho lambie. Bank's are apolitical and need communism just as much to promote the fear that feeds the engine of greed. They were quite happy to finance the Russian Revolution. They don't need or exist because of Capitalism. They need opposing viewpoints to make sure they can back both sides, they can't lose. In WW1 they funded both the Germans and the Allies and one of the conditions was that the victor also covered the debt of the loser. They had a vested interest in every bullet shot, every soldier killed and infrastructure destroyed. Maybe I am unhinged, but I have to find something to do while I sit in my office, in a Beach Club, in Thailand, surrounded by totty. Mate I'm completely insane!! ;D

Not sure what point you're making, Joe, but if it's that the only alternative to liberal democracy is nationalism or fascism then I disagree entirely.
He'll deny it of course, but Dave's brand of paranoid anti-semitism would have found a happy home in the BUF (whether he would have appreciated their embrace or not).

Dave will be well aware that anyone who dares point out which vested interests seem to benefit more than others from Britain engaging in certain conflicts will immediately be branded as paranoid, anti semitic & a host of other labels....in the hope that people will be deflected from actually enquiring as to whether there is any truth in the claims. Given the ancestral backgrounds of Marx, Lenin, Trotsky etc it's no surprise that those first onto the soapbox shouting "paranoia" are invariably members of the

So your reproduction of a BUF poster was done without irony? Marx, Lenin and Trosky - all authoritarians to the bone - are enemies of mine. Marx's critique of capitalism holds good however - whether under/unemployed suburban reproducers of fascist propaganda understand that or not.
