Now here's a funny thing. I've just had a quick run-through of all Timbo's programmes and I can't find a single one for a game at Newport. Maybe there are one or two and I've missed them. After all, there are now so many of Timbo's programmes online that the eyes boggle after seven or eight pages.
There's always the possibility that Timbo doesn't have any in his collection. Or that he's sneakily deleted them ready to repost each in the run-up to Saturday's game. Ah, but Timbo never strikes me as sneaky so I'm sure he wouldn't do that.
So has Timbo been holding back his collection of Newport v Torquay programmes in anticipation of County returning to the Football League? If so that's a remarkable show of brinksmanship as their return never looked particularly likely until, well, the start of the season when it happened.
So, as we await Timbo's actions this week, a programme thread revisited from one of Newport's many visits to Plainmoor. It's a good one as we say hello to Frank O'Farrell. He's been putting the team "through the wringer at Clennon Valley". Inspiration through perspiration; our cheerleader says we must leave the fourth division behind us.
