It's not a radio commentary - sounds like a couple of fans, calling all the Argyle players by their first name!!
Lala to Marcel, now Rory...you get the picture!

Away end full home stands all half empty twats outside ground ruin one. Min silence If you want to conduct something dignified, don't invite inbreds and morons into your home. If you do, don't complain when they piss in your bath and shite on your living room floor. It's Aaaargyle for God's sake, what do you expect? Funny you say that merse, we had a plumber round earlier to fix the shower...........who happened to be an Orgoyal fan . Well if he did piss in my bath.........at least according to the bill he hasn't charged me for doing it .

Anybody know what changes were made at half time ?? Bevan, Charnock, Kee, Benyon, Wroe, Lathrope, Stevens, Yeoman all came on, judged by the commo Potter, Rowe-Turner, Gritton, Zebs, Macklin, Halpin and someone else came off....they have managed to mention Mansell and O'Kane this half, but one of them must have exited the game as well. Think Ugo Udoji (trialist who played for Weymouth on Saturday) has just come on for Ellis, who appeared to get an injury.

A crowd of 1794 at Plainmoor for our first home friendly game of the season and we have Plymouth to thank for that as our home support was very thin on the ground. Some fools who sounded like they were in the lane behind the main stand just had to shout things out when inside the ground everyone showed their respect for Paul Bristow by observing the minutes silence perfectly. Three goals to one the final score to Torquay United but for me the game was not that good to watch being rather patchy for most of it and no side really looking anywhere near as good as they will have to be when the season starts. If I had to make a decision who to play up front based only on tonight’s game, then it would be Zebs and Gritton who played well together with Grittons playing the target man perfectly, mostly getting the ball under control quickly and always laying it off to a Torquay player.. I missed the first goal as he came so quickly after the kick-off and I was just finishing of my post about the away end being full, Timbo told me it was a simple cross and easy header and that’s all I can say about it. For me our most impressive player in the first half was young Halpin who is not afraid to run at defenders and nearly always gets a shot away on goal, Gritton received the ball and his control was first class and he played the ball out wide on the left into the stride of Halpin who burst into the box and tried to beat the keeper on his near post when he would have been better to shoot across the keeper. Nico was having one of those games where he was beat to easily and he was also guilty of giving the ball away far to many times with some poor passing, tonight’s Nico was not the same one who played in our games at the end of last season for sure. He did put in one very good free kick taken just outside the right hand side of the Plymouth box, we sent the ball bending with pace to the back post and Ellis just failed to get his head on it. Not to sure what to make of Macklin on tonight’s display, he does not look that confident on the ball when he has it and waits far to long to get a cross into the box, so late in fact when he does try it the defender is only a yard away and was able to block nearly ever attempted cross with ease. Yes he scored but it looked like he once again waited to long to shoot, did not shoot when he had the chance but somehow still had the space to hit a shot with his left foot that went in off the post. The goal was good mainly because Zebs won the ball and after getting it under control played it to Grittons just outside the middle of the box and he fed the ball into the Macklin who was on the right hand side of the box. I’m also not very sure Rowe-Turner should play in the centre of the defence, he got very lucky with one very poor clearance on our box in the first half but to be fair to him he did make a few good tackles in our box late in the second half. So all square at the end of the first half and the changes were made and a chance to see Benyon upfront with Kee who looked much stockier than I was expecting and also a but shorter, but I never really got to see how good the partnership might work as he was not on that long before he was taken off, not sure why but I over heard someone say he had a dead leg. Without Gritten we just knocked the ball long for Benyon to chase and while he was willing he looked the lightweight Benyon we have all seen before and was getting knocked off the ball far to many times. The came the second goal, a Nico long throw and I thought Wroe had flicked it on but I could be wrong on that, the keeper had came and missed the ball completely and the flick header dropped to Benyon standing in the middle of the goal all along and he simply lifted up his right leg and side footed the ball into the empty net. The only reason I was unsure after the goal went in was because Ellis was flat out on the floor and it might be the case the advancing keeper took Ellis out instead of the ball. Ellis was to go off soon afterward; he was down on his haunches on the edge of our box and then hobbled off the pitch and into the dressing room. The sub was then announced as Ugo Udoji and I could not believe just how much he looked like Rowe-Turner and he sure played like him and it was only when another sub came on later did we learn a mistake had been made and Rowe-Turner had came on for Ellis. Our third goal was a long punt from the back that went over the defenders head with Benyon going past him and was going to get the ball first and was hacked down in the box. Wroes penalty was poor and he got lucky as the keeper went the right way and the ball somehow sneaked under his body and over the line. Nice to see some fellow TFF members at the game and also to meet for the first time that famous Mr W

LRT came back on for Ellis, didnt notice Yeoman on the pitch at all. UU came on late in the 2nd half when Kee came off.
