the ref was conned big time tonight to get Kaka sent off. the second goal for Brazil had 2 handballs. Up till now most refs have been good but the controversial decisions are now mounting up.
USA third goal should have stood

I missed the game due to doing my days out post and being on the phone for some time as some one phoned me who needed picking up a bit.
On the whole the officials seem to have got most things right as far as I'm concerned, there are always going to be decisions made that replays etc will show were wrong, its the nature of the game I'm afraid and it will aways be the same unless TV replays are ever brought into the game.

With Kaka sending off he wasn't even looking at it and guessed, wrong

USA third goal should have stood  Not in my opinion, I ran and re-ran that on my Sky+ and there are infringements from BOTH teams. In that instance, you penalise the attacking team just as you would if there were dual infingements of encroachment at a penalty....................two wrongs don't make a right and the ref was spot on in that decision! |

USA third goal should have stood i hope kaka gets his red card rescinded and the ivory coast player gets a ban for cheating,kaka did not deserve that,but neither did klose of germany,we had a pretty good start with ref decisions but gradually they are grabbing the limelight with ludicrous decisions again  |
