.....Wowser, I have just managed to uncover a cracking little number I could vaguely recall, the tag line was stuck in my head for ages "..........won't you say something, please say something and believe me now, I'd only lie to you........" or somesuch and lo and behold due to wonders of t'interwebbery and www.everyhit.com (and surprise, trying "Say Something" in the search engine of "everyhit" - doh!!!) discovered that it is by obscure, one time Cornish Indy-Pop merchants Haven from Feb 2002 - freely available on Youtubey thingy to check out - although NOT the most cheerful of ditties, be warned!........ ..very nice.... ......"Say Something" - Haven - "Between The Senses" album also duely ordered to boot now via Amazon - princely sum of £3.25 - result....... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haven_(band).....Ah, another one of my "rather anorakey, uber-rare, hard-to-trace, obscure and impossible to obtain" Holy Grail-esque wants gone off my listings, leaving me with such ahem still sought after "gems" as "I Remember Natalie" (fabulously rare single release by the late Bob Monkhouse), "Some Of Us Belong To The Stars" off the sound-track of "Billy" the musical from 1974 by Michael "ooh Betty" Crawford (as featured regularly on "Junior Choice") (both on Youtube I know) and such rare-bine DVD sets as "Garrisons' Guerillas", "Mr Piper", "White Horses", "The Wonder Years" and "Grizzly Adams" - this kind of gives you an idea of the sort of life us aging muzos lead, chasing down this sort of thing when not sitting in our kitchens, listening to our wind-chimes, smoking our peace pipes, supping real ale in our sandals and Val Doonican cardigans, wigging out to the entire back catalogue of Van Der Graaf Generator and Traffic, listing our favourite 100 bass guitar lines and Roger Dean album covers as well as watching endless re-runs of "Supersonic" and "Marc" (keep a little Marc in ya heart) (only ran for 6 episodes in the Autumn of 1977 prior to Marc Bolans' tragic death) ...check out the listing of the tracks below, Phil!....... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marc_(TV_series)along with "Lift Off With Ayshea", "Get It Together" and "Pop Quest" (erst-while presenter David "Kid" Jensen, as any fule kno) on our sad Betamax and Phillips 2000 VCRs.............. - and for one night only, gang, I give you the Progmeister (aka Mr_Phil_Chelstongull, Baron_of_the Bongos), live from The Dumpling, with Mr_W on spoons....... ......."you fill up my senses like a night out in Brixham, like a walk along Meadfoot, like a clotted cream tea, like a flagon of scrumpy, like a giant Dewdneys' oggie, oh come let me love you, its' Torquay for meeeeeeee"............. ...........(shamelessly lifted from the Sheffield United parody of the great song by the late John Denver "Annies Song" - many thanks to both him and they - it is possibly now "Jannies Song")............... .......who says the only good rock in the South West comes out of Corny-wall and is red with a stripe through it from Looe eh......... ......all together now, you'm heading up Homo Park?.......

Two quality posts there Mr W.
White Horses, ah what a soundtrack and who can forget the dubbed version of Robinson Crusoe with the quality soundtrack. Have the DVD somewhere in the mansion un-watched.
Currently listening to a rare version of what must be one of the best albums ever......Pink Floyd ~ Dark Side of the Moon. My version ~ The Darkside Rehearsals (double CD) which as the title suggests is the original 'back to the bones' live version.
I would have to add David Bowie ~ The Rise and fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars as an all time favourite and that classic single 'Starman' with that double classic version on top of the pops.
