So far we have seven names, to be able to do this we really need a few more. If we do it I will get the club, to put down in the program, the user names or real names it thats what anyone would want. So it would not just be the forum, who would be seem as sponsoring the player, it would be all those who had given towards it.

If 50 members did it it would be about £7 each. We will let it run on for a while, then I will talk with Jim and Jamie, to see what we could afford together, then If we go ahead, we may just leave it up to those who have kindly put their names down, to offer what they felt they wanted to put toward it. Somewhere down the road, we could then decide to do it or not. Edit ... the total would be £300 so 50 times £6 would do it. |

To give you a Better Idea, TUAFC1 (Ant) sponsored Roscoe, he thought it was £300, but when he got the bill it was plus VAT, maybe if we don't get enough, we could ask just for one leg or something else. ;D ;D
Edit... It seems he has got this wrong and the invoice he received to day was for £300 including VAT.

Would suggest the forum name would be best and certainly for a player not anyone else.
Benyon is good for me (ooer!). And no 'Adult' in the forum name please. I do not consider myself one of them yet despite having three 'grown' up girls.
Any way we can post cash (cheque) down when you have numbers an amount decided?

Thank you to all those who made a pledge. My own view is that we really do not have enough pledges, to make it a price, we all could afford. Thats not to say I have given up the Idea, but maybe it will wait for another year, unless we got many more pledges.

Many thanks rjd as I said its not dead in the water just yet, I will talk with Jamie and Jim and see what we can put in. I won't ask TUAFC1 as he has paid £300 to sponsor Desane on his own.
If we can get enough between us, we can keep the price down for the members.
