Huh? Draw doesnt take place til Round 3 Draw day

the FA cup Draw? Nothing i dont use the Draw/numbers til the final 64 - 32 ties on Fa Cup 3 rd round draw day

Come on folks we do need many more to put their name down and have a go, its a cup and not the league so you don't have to do it every week, only until you get knocked out, unless you go all the way and win the cup and then get a custom title you will keep until next years cup.

...hopefully you won't mind a repost reminder. Two and a half weeks to go til entires close in bbcgull's Prediction League Cup into its 3rd year. Sadly we have even LESS entries than we did last year so far. I may have to consider delaying the draw til the final 32 which i dint wanna do. 64 places only 27 gone...!!!

Welcome to bbcgull's Prediction League Cup. This is the THIRD year i have run this and the second on Torquay Fans Forum : so many thanks to DaveR for allowing me to host this again in here and also many thanks to rivieralou for allowing me to continue on this after handing over the reigns of the League to her. Could this be placed in announcements please.

The rules are different from the league so here is what i am looking for...

I am wanting you guys and gals to ENTER this competition so you must register your interest in this thread. EVEN if you are NOT in the League or you think its too late to join the league (still join its all good fun)

Basically after FA Cup 2nd Round Day the draw is made for the 3rd Round, 64 places. Now last year we had about 35 entries so there were some byes in the first round.

As you register your interest you will be given a number in the order you showed you interest lol... ie

01 bbcgull
02 Dave
03 JimD
04 rivieralou

and so on...

SO on the day of the draw for the THIRD round of the FA Cup on 28th November you can tune into the telly and watch as your number gets drawn out fo the hat (01 - 64) ie...

01. 04 v 02 rivieralou v Dave
02. 03 v 01 JimD v bbcgull

Now the FIRST number in that is of course the order in which they were drawn out. ie 4 & 2 came out first THIS number signifies your draw number for the next round!!! This may all sound confusing but it is very simple and alot of fun as i do ALL the work all you have to do is register now and predict at the time, 12 matches including Torquay and its a head to head - highest score goes through. Draws will be sorted by most 3's then 1's just like the PL.

As i always mention every year...I must thank (although they may not see it) Gulliball, rivieralou & Dawlish_Gull for there assistance inthe last two years, you know what part you played and as a fair man i want to name check you.

Please, if you were in it last year please tell the others how much fun it was and created some damn good banter. All Rounds will take place on FA Cup Saturdays starting with the FIRST ROUND on 3rd Round Day on January 2nd (draw straight after again).

You may think 28th November is ages away and im starting this early but believe me it needs a good amount of pre planning to get the numbers in. I guess at least 30 will join from league but i hope we can get around 40 or 50 by the draw day or maybe even a full house of 64?
