Speculative shot by Rigoglioso fumbled by Poke and FGR score. I think he just wanted to spare us extra time! Full time - 1-0 FGR.
Not much to cheer about, although Robertson, Ellis anf Stevens have played well. Green was simply profligate in his finishing and IMHO nowhere near the grade. Proper match summary to follow later.
Can a mod please delete my accidental multiple postings please!

Im not particularly dissapointed that we are out but I am about the unbeaten record. It would have been great to carry that on. As long as we play well and get at least a point on Saturday we can forget about this game though.

I agree pikey only the run ending is what is slightly upsetting, still I'm sure we will get back to winning ways on Saturday. Does sound like Poke maybe made a mistake, hope it does not dent his confidence.
I would expect that the team will be unhappy to lose the game, but lets really get stuck into winning the league games, the cup will never be worth what promotion will be to us.

That's where I was getting my updates from, other than here of course. Anyone else in favour of excluding Shield games from the unbeaten run. We'd have to take out the Weymouth victory and move back to 16 but it'd be worth it. ;D

Dont like losing any games, but i wont be losing any sleep on being knocked out the Setanta Shield. Just hope all players have come through unhurt, and now concentrate on a very big game this weekend.
3 more pts please !!!
