Swangull good report as we have come to expect from you, yes it was a win and as we said before, games like this can often be the ones you slip up on. Have to say me and Joe had a good chat at half time, he was banging away that drum of his all the first half, was it taken of you Joe, for the second half? No it wasnt. The drum I usually use is falling to pieces and so I borrowed one of my mates. It was a bit of fun and hopefully we done our part of supporting the team. We had a good chat at half-time and it was nice to see you.

As TUAFC1 says - they could be excused for not notching-up 8 goals tonight (which at times it looked like they would). The second half felt a bit like a training exercise, but for a good finger on the ball by their keeper to prevent Benyon connecting and some decisions from the ref and lino that, we probably would have done so. We didn't need to step-up a gear tonight and I feel that the performance was professional without needin to be scintilating.
Everyone at the club deserves credit for this run. It was a business-like performance and I couldn't really pick a MOTM - but that was because everyone did their jobs well and got their heads down. There was some really good stuff being played at times and Muzzy looked excellent when he came on. I was pleased for Danny S to get his goals - the second being an unstoppable shot after ANOTHER Sills flick-on (just one of my favorite TUFC strikers for his intellience, effectiveness and goal threat). Wroe was the official MOTM - but it could have been Woods, Nicholson, Roscoe, Sills, Mansell or Hargreaves.
2,100'ish the crowd was rubbish on a lovely autumn evening to see us go top of the league. Well done to the team for acheiving that in what must be very trying circumstances.

Just a quick word about the popside line - awful and in particular the decision not to award a penalty for shirt pulling on Muzzy (I think). You couldn't get a more clear cut decision and he bottled it - he should be struck off the lino register. Awful.
Just think if we'd needed that extra goal to get promoted!!

Considering we all now know what the bad news spread to the players before the kickoff was, it was a good performance.
After Sills had scored, I thought he had taken his shirt of to the Grandstand, so I was all a bit confused by that - but todays Herald shed light on it by saying it was dedicated to Chris Todd - I still didn't know why, but now I do.
Keep It Up, Lads, for Toddy.
