Strange things happen in football and not so long ago Burton looked to be so far in front, that no one would ever catch them. A good run of our own and some bad results for Burton has now seen that gap close and as we know if we won our game and hand and beat them at home, the real gap would be only two points. As we must be the form team and Burton not putting the results together you might just fancy then to drop more point and see us overtaking them and claiming the top spot for ourselves. Do you think that will happen? well get those votes in and we will see.

If we take maximum points from our final five fixtures, I'd be gobsmacked if that didn't take us up automatically.
Any dropped points though, and we'll have to settle for the playoffs.

On 12th March I posted "I HAD A DREAM". I really had a dream we were playing Burton on the last game with the winner getting automatic promotion. At the time myself and many others thought that was "pie in the sky". Now I'm not so sure. How things have changed in a month. Just to remind you, we were winning 2 - 1 when I unfortunately woke up!!! Horrible reminders of the play-off against you-know-who flashed in front of my sleepy eyes. Ever since that day I have had this feeling in my waters, and with each successive game it is looking more and more a possibility. There is no doubt AT LEAST ON PAPER we have an easier run in than Burton, and they must be nervous as hell, especially with the last few results not going their way. IF we win all our games, they only have to lose one, (or possibly draw one, depending on goal difference) for the title to be ours. We are the ones on a run of good results. Yes, I know, this is all wishful thinking, but I'm trying to be positive. ;D

IF we win all our games, they only have to lose one, (or possibly draw one, depending on goal difference) for the title to be ours Or Histons! Please lets try to remember that even if we win all of our games, Histon will finish on the same points as us by winning all of theirs. And they have a better goal difference than us with a game against Weymouth to come!! It's not all about us and Burton!!
