Good news. All are very capable at NL level and the standard of player we have to strive for. Retaining the services of Aaron Jarvis will be key . Good start, must get my season ticket over the weekend 🎫 |

link - re-signings for Tomlinson, Halstead, Lapslie and Dawson. Some South squad shaping up! Does anyone know if these are one-year or two-year contracts? In the news item for Jack Stobbs, the official site states: " Jack Stobbs will be returning to Plainmoor, having agreed a deal for 2023/24" which clearly implies a one-year contract. However, the wording for the other four isn't that clear as the mention is of them being back here for next season rather than the deal being for next season. I've never understood what is contentious about publishing contract durations, yet our club has become very secretive over the past few years when it comes to telling us for how long the players have committed themselves to the club. |
