I don't think so but I'll be patient if that's the way were going decide - let the crap continue. Pretty obvious this is a relegation bound squad as it stands.
Time for a reality check I think. The injured Jarvis isn't going to change things on any massive scale.
No more blaming the players for not being good enough Garry we all know where the buck stops and who signed them on contracts. If its because of lack of funds we have ended up in this situation then I can understand but there has been no hint of that being the case from any source.
Games nine and ten are Solihull Moors and Wealdstone when decisions will be made and by which time more damage will ensue. Both real non league clubs who are successful and manage to retain their better players and improve each year.
Looking forward to game nine and ten for sure but will be closing my eyes in the meantime.

I guess its better at the start than at the end to fall apart. There is at least time to make corrections - if the will is there that is. Looking like one of the worst starts to a season on record already.

Sort of off topic...but sad to see Bradford Park Avenue at the bottom of NL North..9 games 3 points. I always quite liked them.. back in the day..when they came to Plainmoor. I guess the lesson is...Things could be worse.

Things might still get worse. Over on BTPIR yesterday it was reported that the on going saga of Swindon Speedway Abbey Stadium has finally reached its conclusion and as a result there will be no replacement stadium. GI have played the long game and finally got what they wanted. If the club's owners prove to be unconcerned about the position the team finds itself in then I think it is time to worry.

The TUST board share the concerns expressed by many supporters regarding the recent developments at Swindon Speedway and welcomes the Herald Express’ approach to TUFC directors for clarification of their intentions for our Club. TUST’s principal objective is the long-term sustainability of our football club and to this end we have developed contingency plans for a number of scenarios. Our aim is to be as prepared as possible for any situation and we are ready to put an appropriate plan into action immediately if required. The plans are subject to constant review and updated accordingly. We hold a contingency fund to help deliver such plans but it must be made clear that we fully understand that TUST would not have sufficient funds to buy the club and this is not one of the scenarios under consideration. We do believe that in the event of a crisis situation arising there would be a huge level of interest and support from the silent majority of supporters including many of those with a public profile. To this end we maintain a list of contact details for such sympathisers. Contrary to the views expressed by certain fans, TUST is not a militant organisation and does not seek ownership of the Club. We aim to support it whilst representing the views of our members (nearly 400) and doing everything we can to ensure its future. We want long term sustainability and good governance for our football club so that we and our successors can enjoy supporting it for generations to come. It is that simple. Militant Organisation…how I miss him. 😪
To be honest, everything about the situation is very reminiscent of the USS Indianapolis.

This is what financial stability and sustainability will mean for TUFC and process appears to have now begun and doubt we will need such a large capacity ground. Maybe this was GI's long term plan. No individual or consortium of sane mind will would throw money at us again its only the owners "end game" that has kept us afloat and playing at is level for so long. We were, what appeared to be a lost cause before Clark Osbourne stepped in so ultimately he has just bought a few years of extra time at a higher level. If we fail again in this division I can see the club dropping down even further and quickly and for all god intentions from TUST a sustainable football club will not be at NL level.

Don't worry Mr Poo AJ is alive and well on BTPR and frequently makes me smile with his militant tendency. Totally barking that the Trust cannot see his unique sense of humour and brilliant way of rattling cages by well formulated thoughts for consideration and discussion. ⚽️

Anyway, the club owner has spoken today so all is well.

Pretty clear we are not very good after 10 games. Question now is...how much can we improve in the next 10 games?

Anyway, the club owner has spoken today so all is well. That’s a fair point. I also see plenty of myrth on occasion, but I can’t get any from sets of supporters seeing what they support either having to go out of town for 10 years while their ground is flogged off, or worse, never getting to see their Club play again. That’s where I personally differ with AJ on the myrth front, while recalling he hasn’t generally seen much humour in the reminder of his past life as Chairman of the Chris Roberts Fan Club, either. Tantrums can and have followed that, as we know. Thanks again TUST. I’ve just read Clarke Osborne’s words on Devon Live today regarding new stadia. Takes some brass, that, in the same week as the Swindon announcement.

If we fail again in this division I can see the club dropping down even further and quickly and for all god intentions from TUST a sustainable football club will not be at NL level. The absurdity of the situation is that it is probably easier to sustain a full time professional outfit in the EFL with its associated payments to clubs than it is in Conference, which was never intended to be a league for full time professional clubs in the first place. If we were to transition into being a part time club and float further down the pyramid I worry that we could not maintain Plainmoor as a home venue and fail to see where else in the local area we could play. The most costly mistake ever made by this club was the failure to recruit an extra striker during the 2020/21 season when Wright was injured. Promotion to the EFL is worth at least £1 million, so it would have been entirely justifiable to splash out in the region of £100k for one. Our aim every season should be to finish in the play off positions every season until we get promotion and given our current attendances this shouldn't be an unreasonable target. Falling further down the pyramid would in my opinion Mark the end of the club.
