Any updates on the injury list? I see Lapsie’s back. I am sure we have an idea later this week but think it is more niggles for many of the players who weren’t risked playing so as to maximise their chances for next Saturday. What we do know is: Hanson and Evans ready to participate in full training this week and available for Saturday. Jarvis picked up a slight strain after playing against Newport and Plymouth, would hope fit for Saturday. Lapslie - played 60 minutes against Truro, first game since Buckland but hope ready to start on Saturday. Martin - out 3-6 weeks from July 8th so back early to mid August? Wyatt signing suggests won’t be ready for Saturday. Hall - picked up a niggling injury against Buckland, should be back soon? Moyse, unused sub against Plymouth, Brooks, unused sub against Exeter. May have picked up injuries in training or looking to go out on loan? Donnellan- picked up ankle injury against Truro - to be assessed, doesn’t sound good? |

link - The three first and second year pros have all got loan deals for the first half of the season. After a successful loan spell at Bideford last season -= link Moyse has gone up a step to earn a spell with Dorchester. Winsor and Brooks are off to Willand Rovers and Bideford respectively.

One game into the season and we are already talking about the injury list! Think we have to conclude this might be more than just bad luck. Hopefully the new physio can make a positive impact.

Not at all surprised he is going out on loan, particularly after Saturday, but I am surprised at the timing as I was thinking we will struggle to have sixteen fit bodies for a Saturday-Tuesday-Saturday run of games. I hope this means I was wrong to be concerned. |

Only the second game of the season and already our thoughts are 💭 where are the goals going to come from and how many injuries will we get today! 💭

Hopefully we bring in a loan player who scores a bucket full of goals. - bit more on rumoured loan signing Tommy Hughes. Been out injured for 16 months (yes, Chelston, will fit in well here) so looking to get a run of games. Trained with the first team in pre season and scored a goal. See he only signed a 6 months contact so has a lot to prove. |

Must have been a bad injury to be out that amount of time. Still that is our trade mark I guess these days - to attract quality we have take a gamble on their fitness. |

Congratulations to Hanson, helped our club already get 3 more points than what his old club Dover got last season!  |

Hopefully the Nelson injury is not serious. I seem to renember another Nelson who signed for us who got injured and never managed to play....although did contribute to a number of humourous comments on this site.
