Rushden continue to offload: Leon Knight Darryl Clare Lee Phillips Alan Marriot Curtis Shitehouse It's amazing isn't it - particularly when you consider all of that little lot, except Woodhouse - were only recruited in the summer, and in the case of Knight, after the season had started. Given that he has also signed, and subsequently released Dean McDonald and Sagi Burton too, it simply adds up to an absolutely disastrous recruitment drive by their Manager Garry Hill in the summer. What is perhaps more surprising is that despite all of this, Garry Hill is still in his job! I know Paul Buckle has said many times that an important factor in deciding who he brings in to our football club is not just about the individuals ability as a footballer, but also about their character. I think this is where Hill has gone wrong - too many players with big egos and too many who were perhaps more interested in the money on offer rather than trying to achieve something for the team. |

I see that Beavon scored both the goals for Weymouth today in their away win at Kidderminster, I would now expect that as its all gone very quite about Beavon, that we will not be signing him.
He seems to be finding his shooting boots and would go to a higher club you would expect, still not sure if I think he would have an impact at TUFC, I bet one or two fans would be happy to swap Green for him ;D

I see Manny Williams of Woking has gone ona months loan at WSM. I thought we were interested at some point lst season.
