Lost ten minutes of first half. Not confident we will see all of the second half.
We look the better team. Need a goal.
COYY.

A massive massive win, thoroughly deserved and could have been more. Hope Wright is okay. Title race is now wide open with one point separating the top three teams. Momentum is with us as that is now six wins out of seven and just three points for Sutton in the last four games!.

Who would have imagined just a month ago we would be right back in the mix? What a fantastic result and just as important it wasn't a fluke win we looked solid and back to near our best.
Our return to form is happening just at the right time. Gotta hand it to GJ he's been patient and kept hi s powder dry throughout and found answers when we didn't think there were any. Hoping and praying Danny Wright was a tactical move, a bit of time wasting and not an injury. No game for us on Saturday so a full seven days to rest and recover.
CYY!

I thought Wright looked okay from the way he was walking. I think a bit of precaution and time wasting was had. Very professional and solid performance from us. Great that Captain Marvel’s goal made the difference.

Good news on Wrighty’s injury Yes indeed if we can keep him fit we have every chance of seeing off Notts County at home and both Stockport County and Chesterfield away. Nearly there! ⚽️

Fair summary there from our leader Mr Johnson and indeed he was probably too fair to Sutton. Definitely deserved the win and realistically with the run of the ball it could have been 3-0. One will do though although it does make for a twitchy last few minutes, and the excellent team performance was emphasised by the save from Covolan at the end. I am glad there is a week to go before the next game as I am having difficulty deciding on my traditional gloomy match thread forecast! 😉⚽️
