Just listening to that interview and the talk of preseason last year made me realise how much I am missing football with the last home game over 3 months ago on 29th February with Reid fittingly scoring. Normally the off season is just 2 months but at least we are seeing the green shoots of football recovery. 😀 Bit more about Price who seems to be an old school left back and Evans who knows how to pick a pass from midfield. |

I'm shielding at present and in no rush to join a crowd, I wonder if I've already attended my last game at Plainmoor. To be honest I'm disillusioned with the modern game, what would help is if this crisis results in clubs and the leagues sorting out their finances properly and realistically. It would also help if the fans were realistic and didn't demand\tempt owners to mortgage a club's future. I don't really good much hope of that though. |

link - latest Johnson update, quite long and informative this week. Again confirms 3 players deals agreed and just waiting now for a season start date so signings and pre season can be sorted. Also in the market for another 2 or 3 players so will need to see how that goes. Possibly, pre contract deals could be signed in the next week or so, so announcements could be made imminently. Once FA release guidance then things will move rapidly I feel. The great news is that suddenly training and pre season only 2 or 3 weeks away now. Also Covolan has completed his 2 week isolation period following a trip home to Brazil
