Over the years, I have learned, that to ignore the advice of my stomach is at my peril. Allegedly, the Atlanteans communicated through their stomachs...some members of the TFF have learnt to communicate through their arses! My stomach tells me that was a great result, probably for the reason already mentioned...getting back to winning ways. The two new guys sound like a good find, a couple more would be nice.  |

Great result. Seems we are feast or famine at the moment. Hopefully back on track in the league.

That was just what we needed and I tried not to let the fact that my mate Chelston was on his deathbed spoil my enjoyment.
A dodgy twenty minutes when we looked like we might contrive to throw away a game that should have already been put to bed.
Other than that, we totally blew Aldershot way. Some excellent attacking play.
A solid debut for James. Not sure he has seen much action this season, so good to see him get 90 minutes under his belt. Still feel he is just what we needed.
Not sure where Nemane has been this season since release from Man City in the summer. Flashes of promise and a superb run to set up Reidy's killer goal.
Janneh looked like he is finally getting back to his best.
Plenty of positives. Roll on next Saturday.
Next round of Trophy is the same day that Buckland entertain Bradford in the Vase. If we are drawn at home, it would be great if the two clubs could get their heads together to sort out kick-off times to enable a double-header.
p.s. Where was Andrews? Injured???

Johnson post match TUFC match report Worth noting that Andrews and CLE picked up knocks according to the match report so hopefully not too bad. Also the loanee limit of five in the match day squad means some difficult decisions need to be made.
