Thanks for the update on Merse, interesting to see why he is agin the Russians… never let a good war get in the way of politics. If war isn't about politics, what is it about? Now that is a good answer. 🙂 |

Fat-Boy-Kim is firing off missiles lr&c, and I’m sure I heard Iran are about to get nuclear capabilities! When I was growing up I lived next door to a farm, which like all farms had a shit load of rats, and the one thing that I was always warned…never corner one of them! Now that takes some balls, because if even one of those mines goes off there won’t be much left to find…except maybe some balls, because they’d certainly be big enough! Some years ago, I was introduced to the ‘Chocolate Box Mine’ (very formal in those days) and even a loud fart would set one of them off, so no visit from Chelston or Jon after a night on the curry. 🍛 Only slightly off topic, but during my stint in Africa whilst trundling down a track in convoy, the front vehicle hit a land mine. Nothing special about that, except one of the people in the front vehicle (the cook) had hit six land mines previously…whether he got into double figures further down the track (not the aforementioned track) I’m unsure. 🤔 |

So Mr Darcy and Miss Bennett hold hands and stroll off into the Colonial sunset, to be replaced by a Black American author in schools. I’m sure this American woman was a fine author, but doubt she could portray the England of that era.
Couple of marriages to mention: Kim Kardashian is marrying something with a bald tattooed head, and Brooklyn Beckham is marrying a young woman…well let’s just say that’s what she is at the moment! If anyone is interested, I’m running a book on the length of the aforementioned marriages…the odds are a bit short…as will be the marriages!
Finally, some sort of Brouhaha is happening on the Russian western border…very little in the news, but will try to find out more. 🤟

So there was I (half an hour ago) out the front cutting the grass, when who should turn up totally unannounced…Rishi! Without a by your leave he just pitches up, not alone this time but with his entire family: wife, kids, loads of parents…and six bruiser’s.
So there they all sit in my neighbours garden having tea and cakes…I ask you!
