Thought he looked for the penalty after losing the ball myself but will need to see a replay to be sure

After a two week break from league action we enter an important mini phase of the season with three games in a week with an opportunity to both maintain and improve our league position of fourth, playing Dartford and Welling, both of whom sandwich us in the league and at the top of the form guide table. Certainly mission accomplished and we are now also top of the form table from 4 to 10 games and shows what can happen with a good run of wins. We now have a two week break from league action with the Trophy game next Saturday but then play five of our remaining 22 league games in a two week period over Christmas and the new year with the last 4 of these at Plainmoor. Hopefully the pitch will hold up as this is an opportunity to extend our lead at the top as all the teams we play in this run of games are in the lower half of the table. |

Thanks for putting that up Pete. Frustrating that the action is paused just in front of our second and third goals for adverts! I have looked at the penalty a few times and not even sure if there was any contact with McDonald as their striker jumped over him and when he saw that he couldn’t get to the ball just dived straight to the ground. |

The adverts are a nightmare! I'm looking at a decent imaging telescope at the moment, and every advert is Amazon trying to flog me one of their scopes! 😁
365 are offering me over 10 for promotion at present! Oh, and don't forget what I told you about yesterday's scoreline!
Great second goal...not so sure about the hair though! 😁

I watched the pen award a few times and I agree; no contact at all. As for MacDonald kicking the ball away after the pen, he could argue he was aiming for the centre circle, for kick-off, and sliced it wide. We are at level 6 after all! Just seen the highlights, harsh penalty but if you dive at someone they will go down. Not one of McDonald's finest moments, but IMO he kicked the ball away as he was facing the away end of Bristows when launched. |

No one deserves to be dropped but looked what happened to MacDonald although would not be surprised if he alternated in goal with Bass. - looks like that is the plan at least for the next 10 games over the hectic Christmas programme. |
