Wouldn’t too excited - most likely confirmation of a contest with one of those offered terms? Anything more would be interesting but I am prepared not to be overwhelmed!

Interesting that it is Williams - still has a bit to prove but pleased he has committed. One swallow does not make a summer but at least the first signing is not a booby bird!

Has some pedigree but saw so little of him to make a real judgement.
Every signing re-signing is sure to be under an intense spotlight and scrutiny more than any pre-seaon I reckon.
Owers has to make an impression.
Personally I resevrve judement untl the squad is assembled andf I have watched a game or two.

Shame we don't still have Jazzi Barnum Bobb with us if nothing else it sounds like a great Circus act.. Oh wait a minute...
All joking aside this is a player that has plenty of experience at a higher level with a good background and of a type that has been missing from the squad.
I live in hope at he will create chances for others as he doesn't seem to hit the net as much as he should though a long term injury last season ruined his season at Woking.

Bawson last started a game on October 17. Since then, he has seen just ten minutes of action in Woking's last game. Fitness histories that are less favourable than Clarke, Gowling and Pittman's when they signed. Found a video of Bawling's finishing: |
