Couple of games to keep an eye on tonight - Guiseley v Barrow and Hartlepool v Leyton, the latter game of interest as a home win would see them safe in advance of hosting us this coming Saturday. A Barrow win may see us sunk but two home wins could give us something to play for going into the last week of the season!

Clutching at straws now and Barrow must lose to all but relegated Guiseley tonight for our lot to stand any sort of a chance. Barrow should win this but even if they don't well probably hand safety to them on a plate. Not convinced we can score enough in open play in the remaining three fixtures to trouble Barrow or Woking, our only remaining fast dwindling targets. Reckon it will be Woking joining us in the NLS next term.

Reckon it will be Woking joining us in the NLS next term. I reckon that’s probably right. Woking host Guiseley at the weekend. It will be Guiseley’s fourth game since Saturday as they play again on Thursday night. Woking have been in freefall, but odds of them getting something out of that game are certainly improved by Guiseley likely being knackered by then.

First half scorers include Billy Kee with two, also Marquis, Stockley, & Rendell.

rjdgull Aye, they all know where the net is. Irrespective of their combined popularity at Plainmoor never adding up to what Brett Williams achieved on his own. Mind you, 80% of that was generated only to bash Kev over the head with . Guiseley with 40 minutes to equalise and then get a winner. Grant Holt already on a yellow.

Not good news in that game - 7 points to catch up in 3 games if it stays the same.

Let's have a very attacking formation and have a couple of wingers supporting that 'front four'. Lloyd Macklin and Niall Thompson also on the scoresheet tonight.

Lose at Hartlepool and that’s it folks..., Draw at Hartlepool and that’s it, given our goal difference compared to Barrow. It looks to me as if an implausible three wins will still have us ending up with less points than Barrow, who face Chester on the final day.

This time last year we were third from bottom on 44 games with 47 points but just 2 points away from safety. In effect we are just a couple of wins short of what would likely have seen us survive. So f*cking annoying and frustrating when you think of the game that have been thrown away.
Having said that and without doubt we deserve our fate.
