I hates timewasting and players who do should be booked (earlier rather than in the 90th + 6).
Also book those players who stop a quick free kick from being taken and those that pick the ball up and chuck it away.
Anyone who has a head injury should come off the pitch for 5 minutes to ensure that they can be examined by a doctor to see if they are fit to continue.
I'm sure there are others...!!!

He’ll stick with the same three at the back, Evans in front of them. Barnum-Bobb and Davis wing backs. Dowling and Young in the middle more advanced than Evans. Reid and the hapless McQuoid up front.
