They need to get a move on, as it won't be many months before the first of the Osborne Arena Season Tickets will be coming on sale.
I'm counting on the Season Tickets being available for collection from Reception before the enticing Truro City v Billericay fixture on the 4th. Keep your programme for this historic match in mint condition, Chelston, and it should be sufficiently valuable in 10 years time, to recoup the whole cost of your 2018/19 Season ticket......as well as being a cherished memento of dear old Plainmoor.
Pre-match music of 'Pasties & Cream' being sung by Brenda Wootton blaring out over the tannoy, as you take your place on the Kernow popside.
Double the football, two teams to support....and all taking place in front of us on the best playing surface in the division. We really are about to be spoilt in Season 2018/19.

DvN Yep, no doubt about it, DvN, the pitch will get substantially more punishment. Let's hope the weather is kind, and the deterioration isn't too bad as the season goes on. Given their predicament, I can't see how we could have done any other than provide the humanitarian aid we are doing to little Truro City FC, as the big multinational Lidl, is eager to get building and the profits flowing. We've done what we can to help out the little guy in these unfortunate circumstances. As far as I know, our groundsman will be responsible for the half of the pitch nearest the Ellacombe End, while the Truro groundsman takes care of the other half, nearest the away end. As the season progresses and the weather changes, it will be fascinating to see who manages to keep their patch looking in the best nick.
