A tough game away to Tranmere who currently occupy the last play off spot and only 6 points off the top spot. However, a ray of sunshine on Tuesday with Moore finally being someone who can put the ball into the back of the net and we need to make hay while he remains with us! Sparkes being back is a big plus and hopefully he can continue to put the ball into the box!

Score line about right. We were better in second half but overall not particularly brilliant - seemed to pass the ball to the opposition quite a lt! Tranmere very pacey but didn't carve out massive numbers of goal scoring chances.

I see this defeat puts us two points clear of the relegation spaces and possible that we could be 'in it' come Tuesday 9.40pm
I see that most of the 'bigger clubs' got beaten; Eastleigh lost at home to Chester 0 - 3,Woking beat Gateshead 3 - 0 and Wrexham beat FGR 3 - 1.
Lincoln now one point behind FGR with a game in hand.
Funny old game.
