According to the idiot commentator we have equalised to make it 1-0 through Chaney.
Moore saved a penalty earlier.
Verma at CB, Gallifuoco at RB

Deja vu. X Second half collapse. It keeps happening doesn't it - bit like a recurring nightmare.

Deja vu. Second half collapse. Wireless off 🍻 Well, as far as I am concerned, it's wireless where my wife can put it so that I cannot find it. I sat in my chair tonight quite overcome by the depths to which this club has sunk. I first went to Plainmoor on 10 October 1954, at the age of eight and living in Paignton, in order to see what all the fuss was about Sam Collins, and was rewarded by a 4-1 win against Southend United. From that date until April 1965, I did not miss one single home match, including those played during the horrendous, numbingly cold winter months of early 1963, and also managed to get to several relatively local matches every year. During those years I was privileged to see the true legends of the club, not only Collins, but later Colin Bettany, Alan Smith, Larry Baxter, Tom Northcott, Robin Stubbs, John Bond and John Smith. Those are the only players who, in my opinion, deserve that accolade. From 1965 until 2011, as I lived in Southampton, I was able to attend only about eight home matches every season, as a result of weekend breaks in B&Bs. Some of the more longstanding posters on this site may recall that I would frequently post accounts of matches played in the 1950s and 1960s. I was able to do this because of a long-term, photographic memory. If anyone had asked me to describe a match played in, say, 2004, then I would not have had a clue. That said, I do recall a match against Bury, probably in 2003, when they were reduced to nine men and yet the match ended in a draw. Signs of thing to come ? Despite returning to live in Paignton in 2011, I have not attended a match, either home or away, since the League 2 play-off final of that year, when it became obvious that Paul Buckle, who had done so much to drag the club out of the doldrums, had decided to abandon it for pastures new. And so the managerial merrygoround began, and with it the negative, cautious and boring tactics of his successors, Ling, Knill and Hargreaves. Kevin Nicholson does not fall into that category, however he will need a miracle to revive the club to its former status. This evening, sitting in my chair listening to the commentary by some clueless Asian person, I realised that there is only one reason why I continue to maintain any interest in Torquay United Football Club, and that is that I have kept my own statistical records of the club for so long that it has become a personal habit. I really have no idea what has gone wrong with the financial aspects of the club, whether it was that Mike Bateson failed to foresee the problems that would be caused by Chris Roberts, or that the funds put forward by the Bristows would be so badly misappropriated. What I do know is that the club is on a terminally downward spiral, and I really don't care any more. I like to think that I was part of the golden years, which will never return, however those of you who do still care should come up with some ideas soon or you will need to find something else to do on a Saturday afternoon. Good luck.
